Rachid Aitmehdi

Rachid received his BSc and PhD in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Sheffield University. In 1989, he joined Easat Antennas, a UK Antenna company where he developed and designed shaped reflector antennas, feeds, polarisers and many other passive microwave devices. His antenna designs are now operational at several airports and ports around the world forming part of the front-end of sophisticated radar systems.

In 2000, he joined as the general manager of the EM Division of Flomerics, a world-leading company in the rapidly-expanding fields of 'virtual prototyping' and Computer-Aided Engineering.

In 2004, Rachid started RFTechnics.

Today Rachid is the Managing Director of RFTechnics.

Patrick Chan

Patrick received his BSc and PhD in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Sheffield University.

In 1988, he joined the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation, where he was involved in the deployment of an advanced corporation wide area network. In 1995, he was a project manager delivering multi-million dollar contracts to the telecom industry in Hong-Kong.

In 2000, he joined the management team of Tiny Computers, where he was responsible for worldwide logistics management and support.

2004, joined RFTechnics as a founder member

John F Buttery

John received his DMS from Sheffield Hallam University and MBA/GDMA from the University of Bradford, after several years as a management consultant in the field of TQM, specializing in ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and BS OHSAS 18001 systems implementation in a variety of industry sectors including: engineering manufacture, food processing, printing, public transport and education. He is currently in charge of Production, and Quality Assurance.
